IPMANAGE prepares to advertise your investment by performing a property inspection and condition report to document the current state of the unit before the tenants occupy the space. This includes a hand-on inspection that all appliances, outlets, fixtures, and plumbing are in good working order. Pictures are taken to document the condition of property which will be used to compare the condition at the end of the lease. This will prevent any disagreements with tenants about appropriate wear and tear.

IPMANAGE conducts a Rental Survey to assist the owner in choosing the appropriate rent for the area compared to similar properties to ensure that the rent is competitive. The Basic Rental Survey is free with a service agreement and includes average rental rates, average square feet and price, three comparable properties and historical rates; enough information to set a rental rate for a property. The Premium Rental Survey is an optional upgrade that includes everything in the Basic Survey, plus seven more comparable properties, rent estimate score, vacancy rate, rental saturation and market strength data for complete peace of mind that the property is competitve.

Web Advertising and Signage
IPMANAGE will place local signs in front of the property and at the front of the neighborhood for drive by traffic. The rental advertisement will be created and posted to numerous popular web sites (Listed Above) for broad scale coverage.

Condition Report
Any damage or repairs found during the Inspection will be documented in the Condition Report and reported to the property owner with recommended actions. IPManage offers an optional service to coordinate repairs through licensed contractors (See Services Page)
