IPMANAGE meets with the owner and reviews our services offering. The owner selects a custom service plan that meet his/her needs. A Service Agreement is created and sent to the owner for sign off. Now it is time for IPMANAGE to go to work!

Rental Preparation
IPMANAGE performs a Property Inspection and creates a Condition Report. We then create a Rental Survey Report and advertises the property on 24 individual internet sites. We meet with potential tenants, show them the property and facilitate the application process.

Tenant Screening and Lease Agreement
IPMANAGE screens the candidate that is most desirable by running a Criminal, Credit, Sex Offender, and Social Security Validation. Once approved by the owner, IPMANAGE facilitates the Rental Agreement and collects the first months rent and deposit.

Tenant Management and Repairs
During the course of the lease, IPMANAGE conducts quarterly property inspections, sends rent reminders, and coorindates repairs and maintenance defined in the Services Agreement. Lease renewals are also managed and the process starts again.
